I am currently the Senior Director of Solutions with Cleveland Clinic. Previously I ran Enforcer eCoaching, which was an Internet health and wellness startup company spun-out of the Cleveland Clinic and founded by the well-known personalities Dr. Oz and Dr. Roizen. The company was re-sold to Cleveland Clinic at the end of 2014, at which time I was assigned to run it as a new business line.
Earlier positions include a Practice Director with Bennett Adelson and roles of increasing responsibility with Penske Logistics / GE Industrial.
My key qualities and achievements include:
- Led the successful reintroduction of Enforcer eCoaching into Cleveland Clinic in six months
- Established the eCoaching business line as the leading revenue-generating business line in the Cleveland Clinic
Wellness portfolio of products, and doubled revenues in 2015
- Built Enforcer eCoaching from scratch, and developed all processes, procedures, reporting systems, as well as f
compliance and security guidelines
- Established and developed mobile technology and health IT practices at Bennett Adelson, boosted revenue from $5M
to $15M, achieved double-digit annual growth, and expanded the Company from 50 to 100 employees
- Initiated a multimillion-dollar high-stakes project at Bennett Adelson that utilized over 50% of Company resources for 18
months.
My qualifications include Bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry and Philosophy, and I hold GE Six Sigma Green Belt and GE Project Management Certifications. In addition, I am PMLP and CMP Certified.
