Peter J Jones, of Manitoba, holds his PhD in Nutrition from the University of Toronto. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and has spent over forty years promoting global health and nutrition. He is the Head of Science at MakaHealth Inc, and he previously was the Vice President of the board for Danone Institute International. Doctor Jones is intent on environmental preservation and the Secretary for the Friends of Caren Environmental Protection Group.
