We all know what storytelling is. It has been a buzzword in recent years. However, storytelling alone does not guarantee mastery of communication. To truly excel in business communication, we need at least two complementary modes: 1) storytelling 2) SIMPLE communication. What is SIMPLE Communication? It is communication that is structured, inclusive, minimalistic, pictorial, leading, and empathetic (and all these 6 words combine an acronym SIMPLE). How can we combine these two modes? Can we speak simply and concisely while also building an engaging narrative? During the presentation, I demonstrate that these seemingly opposing modes can be combined. And it is actually through the combination of these modes that masterful communication is created.
