Quinn is a mental health educator, speaker, a resilience and life skills coach. She’s the author of Building Natural Resilience from the Inside-Out, a health promotion manual for youth programs and the creator of GirlSpirit – Life Skills and wellness services for moms and their daughters. She also trains adults how the mind creates the human experience as a way to improve their work and home life.
