Whether you are engaged in buying or selling, outsourcing, and/or managing partnerships, the ability to navigate across cultures is essential. The presentation will highlight cross cultural challenges and how best they can be overcome.

In a hypercompetitive global environment alliances have become the operative norm for many companies. In entering an alliance companies have to collaborate effectively to create the desired value. The ability to collaborate is dependent on how effectively the partners are able to develop a governance mechanism that can integrate differences in company cultures and strategic orientation. In the presentation I highlight the potential pitfalls in managing alliances and how they can be managed effectively.
