Randy Fisher is a Western Ohio based speaker, trainer, and coach dedicated to helping leaders and their teams develop the skills to set them apart from their competition. His clients learn to command a room, stand out to get attention and plan their day to get the most out of their working hours. Randy is obsessed with helping others develop the confidence, charisma and communication skills to get taken seriously and inspire others to action.
Randy started his career as a Training Consultant with Dale Carnegie Training of Ohio and Indiana where he excelled in coaching teams and individuals in the areas of sales and presentation skills. When the opportunity arose for him to use his skills as a communicator to help serve his community, he undertook a leadership role with United Way where has built a successful fundraising operation that utilizes many of the techniques he teaches to connect with donors and volunteers on a personal level.
An award-winning public speaker, Randy has worked with prestigious companies such as Honda of America, Grange Insurance, United Way World Wide and Skillpath Seminars. In his free time, he enjoys coaching high school students competing in speech contests and scholarship pageants to be themselves and own the stage.
The Fishers make their home on a farm outside of Wapakoneta where Randy has served on City Council, is active in The Rotary Club of Wapakoneta, serves as Adult Advisor to the YMCA Youth in Government Program and on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations while being a father to three great children and a husband to his saint of a wife.
