I am the Founder and CEO of RR Consulting, a straightforward resource that focuses on helping people build a successful and purposeful professional path. In addition, RR Consulting also works with companies through Leadership development, and Communication partnerships and strategic solutions.

I founded RR Consulting in 2018 after moving to China and experiencing a need for career consulting and a gap in development resources especially for women.

Together with trusted and talented female business and entrepreneur platforms, I have offered multiple training programs and 1-1 mentoring to hundreds of women with a proven methodology, action steps to implement immediately and strategic advice to propel their careers.

Formerly, with 18 yrs pf experience in I have worked in public, private and international sectors, I worked for the United Nations Directorate in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico and as a Director for the Bicultural Program at the Monterey Institute of Technology and Higher Education.

I have also been Keynote Speaker in numerous high profile events and conferences in the United States, Mexico, China, Switzerland, among others.
