Dr. Ravi Rajaratnam has 30 years of corporate experience serving as a senior manager and an executive in operations and technology management, strategic advisory, management consultancy, coaching, and mentoring across multiple industries. Key areas of specialization include driving leadership effectiveness, leading organizational transformational change, and developing and implementing digital strategies across various industries and organizations. He is also the author of Hardwiring vs. Rewiring – Shaping Mindset, Skillset, and Behaviors During Early Childhood Development. His expertise in coaching involves the exploration of the root-level core factors that impact performance and well-being. An approach that utilizes a combination of Cognitive Psychology, Neuroscience, and Performance Science that identifies key behavioral and performance improvements needed for personal and professional development.
