I’ve spent most of my career inside complex change, not talking about it from the sidelines. Technology leadership, PMOs, ERP, M&A, governance, operating models, transformation, and the frustrating gap between strategy and actual results. I’ve reported to CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and executive teams. I’ve led technology organizations, managed large budgets, and owned work where the stakes were real. My role has often been to bring structure when things are unclear, make tradeoffs visible, and help leaders move from discussion to disciplined action. My background includes an MBA in Global Management, PMI-PMOCP, PfMP, PMP, corporate governance development through NACD, and executive development exposure through an Ivy League business school. I speak to leaders, technology teams, PMO professionals, and transformation audiences about what actually breaks inside organizations: unclear priorities, weak governance, overloaded portfolios, slow decisions, and accountability gaps. The goal is not theory. It is helping people see the problem clearly and leave with practical ways to create more clarity, ownership, and measurable progress.
