About
Published expertise: I am the author of Stumbling Through Space and Time: Living Life With Dyspraxia and Studying With Dyspraxia, published by Jessica Kingsley Publishers and Bloomsbury. My writing has appeared in publications including The Toronto Star, Reader’s Digest, Travel + Leisure, The Good Trade, This Magazine, and NonProfit Quarterly. Lived + professional expertise: I combine lived experience of disability and neurodivergence with more than a decade of writing, advocacy and professional communication work. I have worked with organisations including eBay, Lexxic, Uptimize and Yellow Pages Canada, and delivered talks and training for organisations including Reach PLC, Railpen and Delinian. I also serve on the board of trustees of Dyspraxic Me. Accessible, practical communication: I bring together lived experience, research and professional communication expertise to help audiences move beyond general awareness towards practical understanding. My speaking work covers disability inclusion, neurodiversity in education and workplaces, accessible communication, dyspraxia and lived experience.
