The aim of this webinar is to support your organization in raising awareness among your employees about diversity and inclusion issues within the company in order to help all of your staff to be not only tolerated but also appreciated, included, and celebrated! This conference aims to accompany you in the discovery and understanding of gender identity, gender expression and sexual and/or romantic orientations. Using a fun and educational approach, this workshop will help you update your knowledge to facilitate discussion between LGBTQI+ people and those who are not. The conference is structured around three axes: 1. LGBTQI+, what does it mean today? 2. Being “out” at the office, is it possible? 3. Group work: solutions to create a safe space for everyone, are pronouns and inclusive language important?

Through an educational approach, we will explore the possibilities available to us to become anti-racist and help our racialized colleagues to feel included. The conversation is structured around four points: 1. Race and racism: definitions 2. What is being racialized? What is it to be white? 3. Is racism always expressed in a visible way? 4. Group work: what are the solutions to interpersonal racism at work?
