She loves making a real difference in people’s lives by empowering them to believe in themselves and inspiring them to take the actions that will change their lives.
She writes and speaks regularly online addressing topics around social media marketing, LinkedIn branding, mindset, motivation and empowering women.
Her mission is to empower women of all ages to build a personal brand, recognize their value and speak up for their future.
She is the founder of the Inner Warrior Tribe and the host of The Sandy Adams Show and A Southern Girl’s View with Sandy Adams.
She is a 20+ year volunteer with the American Heart Association, where she created the highly recognizable Heart Throb campaign brand in the Houston-Galveston Bay Area and is the current photographer of the AHA Mid-South Women of Impact yearly initiative in Memphis, Tennessee. Sandy currently serves as Vice President of the Memphis Rebounders, the official booster organization for the University of Memphis Tigers Men’s Basketball Team, and heads up the social media brand of the organization.
Sandy’s a two-time graduate of the University of Memphis with a B.A. in International Relations and a Masters of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Secondary Education specializing in History and Government.
She is a self-described southern girl, the daughter of an illiterate father and a mother who taught her that anything is possible if you simply ‘do it’ and a proud leap day baby.
