Sarah Andreas

Dr. Sarah Andreas is an American author, speaker, and leadership development expert. She is the founder of WiseWood LLC, where they help people-first companies develop whole leaders. Sarah has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing and her Master’s in Business Administration. She went on to complete her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership in 2019 at Johnson University. Her dissertation work was on how individuals experience leadership development.

Sarah tells that she truly began her leadership career when she started work for a Harley-Davidson dealership in 2005. While she worked for the dealership, she was exposed to leadership development and became enthralled with how individuals become successful in business and how leadership plays a role in personal and professional success. In 2019, Sarah resigned from her position as Director of Operations and Training for Ohio Motorcycle Group, which has five Harley-Davidson dealerships to pursue her passion for helping organizations develop whole leaders.
