Scott Callahan of Orlando and Winter Park is the Managing Partner of Salerno Capital Partners, an opportunistic investment firm providing capital to businesses throughout the United States. A dedicated servant to his community, Scott serves on the board of directors for the Children’s Home Society of Florida, the Evans Community Partnership School, and Lead Homelessness. In addition, Scott founded and oversees Callahan Family Foundation and its charitable investments in the Central Florida region.
At Salerno Capital Partners, Scott applies more than 30 years of experience as a real estate attorney to a myriad of real estate and business investment opportunities. His skills are based in real estate financing, management, commercial real estate, and valuation. Scott received his bachelor’s degree from University of Central Florida, and his J.D. degree from University of Florida.
Prior to joining Salerno Capital Partners, Scott practiced real estate investment law as a Partner with the law firm of Roetzel & Andress, where he further utilized his investment expertise in representing banks, financial institutions, special servicers, private equity funds, real estate owners, investors and developers. Best Lawyers in America has recognized Callahan as a top expert in real estate law in Orlando, FL, and he has received the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. His clients have included national commercial loan servicing companies, financial institutions, developers, contractors, receivers, public and private companies and private investors.
Today, Scott devotes his time to local entrepreneurs, philanthropy and enhancing the Greater Orlando community, through overseeing Callahan Family Foundation or through his service on many organizations that align with his values. Most notably, Scott is the proud father of three beautiful girls and enjoys coaching middle school LaCrosse in his hometown, Winter Park, FL.
