About
I bring a unique perspective shaped by leadership in public safety, higher education, athletics, mental health, and community engagement. As a former patrol officer, School Resource Officer, violent crimes investigator, Community Relations Sergeant and Recruiting Specialist, I understand the realities of working in high-pressure environments where decisions carry significant consequences. As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student, I have dedicated my academic and professional journey to understanding resilience, trauma, human behavior, and mental wellness. I am also the author of Concrete Blooms: A 30-Day Mental Wellness Journey, a practical and inspiring guide that helps individuals transform adversity into growth through intentional reflection and action. My presentations combine evidence-based mental health principles, real-world public safety experience, leadership development, and authentic storytelling to create conversations that are engaging, actionable, and impactful. Whether I am speaking to law enforcement officers, first responders, educators, athletes, community leaders, or emerging professionals, my mission remains the same: To help people perform under pressure without losing themselves in the process. Audiences leave with practical tools, renewed perspective, and a deeper understanding of how mental wellness, resilience, and purpose influence both personal and professional success.
