Shannel was working in her corp life job and found herself in a sea of men and always felt like an outsider. In her corp life she was a district manager for FedEX and quickly transformed her team there into a powerhouse team that was #1 in America. While at FedEx, Shannel sought out empowerment and love from the beauty community online. It was during this time that Shannel created one of the top 100 most engaged Facebook groups, #beautyandhustle. Within #beautyandhuste, Shannel was able to be a strong woman but also able to embrace her femininity and messaging to women across the world. Shannel then launched a small direct sale boutique, utilizing the Facebook platform. Shop with Beautyandhustle grew quickly and was amongst the top 2% highest earning independent boutique in the company.
Shannel has always had a calling for leadership and is able to effectively teach many different people in business and life improvement.
