My name is Sherita Cash AKA Coach Ms. Cash. I was a high producing unsuccessful Insurance Agent for many years. During my reign as a salesperson, I was really good at making sales, determining who my audience was, and how to train the agents under me to be successful. The problem I was having was everyone was finding success but me.
Recently, I became a Certified Scrum Master, and during my coursework I realized the reason why I was unsuccessful was as Scrum says it, was my mindset. I wasn't mentally fit for success. I feel the only way to work your brain out is with repetitive positive behaviors. When you follow the methodologies of Scrum, not only do you complete your project on time, but your mind grows stronger with following values and pillars. As I learned more Scrum and started applying it in my life, everyone noticed I was changing. I was making small changes in a good way to some (skin clear, weight down, stress reduced), and not so good to others. I found it was because I was a "yes" girl for so long, whatever you needed me to do I was there for EVERYONE, so now they don't know how to accept my "no" as a serious respond. Those people are trickling out of my life. Since they have begun to leave, life has shown me that I have been consumed by positivity hoarders. They suck all your positive energy to the point you have none left for yourself. If you have more than one friend like this, now wonder you are so stressed and overwhelmed.
I also learned not only was my positive energy gone but so was my time. I know I am not alone in feeling like I deserve to be happy and earn a living doing what I love. So now I am Scrum Life Coach looking for opportunities to not just share my story but to find people and let them know that their slice of the pie is waiting on them, but they must get the knife and cut their own piece. Once you start doing the work required, using the process, and having the right mindset to match you will want the whole pie, so you will have the whole pie.
After reading Think and Grow Rich, One Minute Millionaire and few other thought-provoking books, I determined my calling is to talk to women who are trying to grow their minds, hearts, and pockets. I know what it's like to want more but feel like every effort you make doesn't move you forward. I know how it feels to go to start a business and watch it fail. I know what it's like to want to live in a nice house, but finances are a wreck. I now live in the moment of success. I enjoy my wins as I see them not as they happen. I see you asking me to come speak to your audience filled with women who are the next big thing but have no idea. Don't you want to be a part of something that is going to change the lives of women, mothers, and daughters of the world. I haven't forgot about men; I help men too but I am a woman who relates more with women. These are the missing geniuses of the world. We are all put here for greatness, it's up to us to show up to receive it!
