Will you trust a new AI product to automatically and quickly respond to your emails for you? Will you trust AI to make meaningful decisions in your life? Creating an AI-based product involves many challenges. It’s not just about the complexity of creating the intelligence, it’s also about creating user trust with the system. Our product has one chance - If we fail in creating this trust, no one will keep using it. In this session we will discuss how trust can be broken, or created. We will see some examples and discuss the UX and Product principles that can pave the way to a successful AI product.

From Google Translate to cutting-edge generative AI platforms, this lecture will examine the gender biases present in various technologies.
