We all need to get more stuff done, right? This high-energy, semi-interactive presentation looks at how to work at a much higher level of productivity and stay sane while we do it! We'll talk about the new AIR system and the new research about productivity - and have a good time doing it. It's fun but it's hard work... and at the end of it you'll be able to get more stuff done. Simple.

At times, everyone has a bad time. This presentation uses the science of emotional resilience and robustness to help get to grips with "being able to cope with the crap". We're not talking about tools for coping when you *should* be upset, such a bereavement, but for when life is in the realm of normal-but-crap! ;)
