by choice and Passion. He Carries 15 years of Professional

industry experience with various MNCs, which includes a

decade of experience at Tata Consultancy Services.

He is exposed to European Methodologies of Training & Skill

Development. This has lead to him shift his career from

corporate service to training and skill development precisely

to say a Personality Development Coach.

During his five years of journey as Personality Development

coach he has taken about 300+ sessions (includes 100

days of residential outbound training) for about 10,000+

participants with varied backgrounds ranging from uneducated

rural poor to the stalwarts of the boardroom decision making.

His vision is to bring positive change in at least 1 Million lives
