About
I don’t think audiences need another speaker hyping AI tools, declaring that a formerly top-tier AI tool or marketing tactic is suddenly “dead” or mistaking novelty for strategy and critical thinking. They need someone who can help them figure out what actually matters for their company, what’s mostly noise and where AI can create measurable results. I’ve been speaking on stages and teaching professionals for decades, from senior enterprise marketers and communicators to scrappy startups and growing businesses. I know how to meet an audience where they are, challenge the way they think and turn complex ideas into something they can actually use. I also bring the perspective of a seasoned business owner who has spent years in the trenches making decisions about growth, positioning, clients, teams, revenue and change. I’m not teaching AI as a spectator. I was an early adopter of generative AI and began integrating it into my work before most organizations had figured out what to do with it. That gives me a useful perspective on both sides of the curve: what actually holds up over time and what turns out to be hype. My sessions are practical, candid and interactive. I want people asking questions, challenging ideas and connecting what they’re learning to the real work they’re responsible for. I’m not interested in dazzling people with a parade of tools, prompts or predictions. I want them to understand where AI can help them make smarter decisions faster, eliminate work that never needed a human in the first place and spot opportunities they probably would have missed. AI changes fast. Good judgment matters more than ever.

The Hidden Intelligence Inside Your Company: How to Turn Scattered Institutional Knowledge Into an AI Advantage
Keynote, Workshop, Training • 60 minutes-half-day
Most companies are sitting on years of valuable knowledge that AI can’t use because it’s trapped in meeting notes, presentations, proposals, customer conversations, SOPs, research and people’s heads. This session shows leaders how to identify that hidden intelligence, organize it and turn it into usable AI systems — including custom assistants and agents that can retrieve, synthesize and act on trusted company knowledge. Attendees will learn how to capture expertise before it disappears, give teams faster access to the right information, and build AI-powered agents that support better decisions, stronger marketing and more efficient execution.
