About
I'm a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in Impostor Syndrome, which means I don't just talk about self-doubt from a stage, I treat it in the therapy room. That clinical background is what separates my talks from the typical confidence pep talk. My approach rests on two beliefs: we can't change other people, but we can change ourselves, and our past shapes us, but doesn't define us. So, I help audiences trace their self-doubt back to where it was actually built, often a critical parent, a childhood where accomplishments went unpraised, or years of being "the only one" in the room, and then teach them how to catch the irrational, distorted thinking that keeps that old story running in the present. It's the difference between telling someone to "just be more confident" and showing them exactly why they don't feel confident and how to rewrite it. My work has been featured on the Oprah Winfrey Network, BET, and in Entrepreneur, and I'm the author of the acknowledgment journal "Silencing Your Inner Bully" and host of the podcast "How to Talk to High Achievers About Anything." I work with founders, executives, and creatives who look successful from the outside but are quietly convinced they're one mistake away from being found out. If you want a speaker who can make a room of high achievers feel understood, not lectured to, that's the talk I bring.
