RECOVER FROM BURNOUT, TUNE IN TO YOUR INTUITION & IGNITE YOUR POWER

Science proves all living things are made from the same energy source. Our perceptions and emotions react to the physical world we see, as well as the unseen vibes that surround us. Hidden in the space between what we see and what we feel are life-changing lessons from the people and animals around you. This workshop unveils how to uncover insights in your everyday life through intuition. This workshop will help you:

• Identify and shed harmful pressures that make you feel stressed out, disconnected, or off-balance.
• Tune in to your own intuition and identify your unique high vibe activities to reconnect, recharge, and increase positivity.
• Ignite your potential by taking healthy risks.
• Protect your own energy balance and redirect energetic attacks through two proven techniques.

SOLVING THE QUIET QUITTING PROBLEM: EVOLVING YOUR WORK CULTURE

This presentation shares how to design a winning culture post-Covid. Key themes:
o Causes of Quiet Quitting
o Designing team culture with purpose
-- How to find your personal purpose (recognize your intuition)
-- Why focus on being "happy" doesn't work (and what does work)
-- Uncover team and organizational purpose

o Culture across hyper-distributed environments
-- Post-Covid changes (why we’re feeling off-balance and disconnected)
-- Connected Vs. Disconnected cultures
-- Why authenticity is paramount in the Human Era (beyond industrial and information ages, the human era requires reimagining “success”)

o Three strategies to retain social interaction while remote (get beyond typical approaches with more personal and relevant solutions that boost your culture)

TRANSFORMED LEADERSHIP, REVOLUTIONARY SUCCESS

Ignite your innovation culture, increase engagement, and boost success through critical leadership shifts. Learn how to use the Growth Curve to shape and align powerful teams, while identifying the optimal contribution of each team member that aligns most with their passion.
• Reinvent your innovation culture. The pace of change is accelerating! Keeping up requires more than technology alone—smart companies purposefully transform by tapping into the power of their people. Learn the keys to increase agility by not only valuing, but also incorporating each team member’s contribution so that diversity drives the Growth Curve.
● Clarify purpose to connect. 85% of people are unhappy at work. Discover the causes so to adapt and optimize for your employees’ satisfaction and engagement. An award-winning expert on avoiding burnout, Tabitha shares how cultivating one’s intuition rejuvenates the mind, nurtures passion, and thereby amplifies purpose at work for employees at all levels.

ALIGN YOUR ENERGY, POWER YOUR POTENTIAL: HOW PURPOSE LEADS TO SUCCESS

Just as physical misalignment leads to limitations and lack of movement; so too does energetic misalignment or mismanagement. Learn to actively manage your energy to discover your purpose, transform relationships, and take the risks that will propel you forward personally and professionally.
● Discover your personal purpose. 85% of people are unhappy at work. Employees yearn to experience greater purpose but often struggle to find it. This talk explores how to use one’s intuition to find purpose, and thereby, passion at work. When one’s focus is poured into something they believe in, wellness, connection and success follow.
● Transform relationships at work and at home. Whether it is leading, innovating, influencing, or reconciling differences, there is always an exchange or transference of energy in every interaction.
● Take the risk. Many people fear change. Learn how to navigate risk and take worthy chances by nurturing and consulting your intuition.

THE NEXT GENERATION OF DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

Beyond demographics-focused diversity, this presentation explores the future of work by introducing new types of diversity and inclusion that are proven to increase innovation, productivity, retention, and engagement. Learn about cognitive diversity, the ways we think and are energized, as well as the integration of technology into the workforce. Further, understand the diversity dynamics of team fluidity to stay competitive at an accelerating pace of change.

  • We invited Tabitha to speak to our global team members for our #BetterTogether Everywhere initiative which brings into focus our new way of work and how to navigate the various challenges we may face. She discussed burnout, listening to our inner hum, and understanding that we need to have a purpose. Designing a culture with purpose and defining how that drives our actions and reactions to situations and how we can be reconnected in a hyper-distributed world.

  • Tabitha led a stress management & leadership development session for the leadership team at White Castle (about 40 participants). Due to the pandemic, the session was virtual, but it was seamless - Tabitha is so personable, professional, and engaged that it felt like she was in the room. Tabitha took a LOT of time to prepare and incorporate our company mission, vision and values - she even weaved one of our leaders into her session. She was such a pleasure to work with, and truly felt like a part of our team! We gave each of our leaders a copy of Tabitha's book (Trust your Animal Instincts) during the session - what a great take-away as some of the high-level learnings during the session could be studied more in-depth as desired. We got a lot of great feedback after her session. I highly recommend Tabitha to any organization looking for a different way of thinking, leading, changing and growing!

  • After attending Tabitha's 2-day Strategic Diversity Summit, my colleague and I were inspired to bring this incredibly relevant and impactful content back to our organization. Working with Tabitha to create a tailored experience for our team of 200 was an A+ experience from start to finish. She exceeded our expectations by listening and collaborating with us to ensure our organization got the most out of the learning session. Our team found her strategic approach to Diversity and Inclusion to be unique and applicable as we explored the different ways people think in business. Tabitha was engaging and insightful throughout our half day session. We learned more about ourselves, our teams and how a focus on Cognitive Diversity has proven to deliver more to the bottom line. I still reference the material today and would highly recommend this investment in your organization.

  • I attended one of her talks about "Lessons from Animals, how to recover from burnout and tap into your own purpose". What a powerful talk she gave and she is one of my favorite speakers of the retreat I went. Tabitha told her about her story and it resonate with her right away. She explains in a way that it gave me a HUGE breakthrough. I have been living a long time with the "SHOULD" monster and I thought I am being great at it. Her story is powerful, genuine, and vulnerable. I have been finding a book to read and I bought her book right away just from the talk that she gave. She inspires me to trust my intuition and live my life. I find myself tune into my body a lot more after her talk. She is great and I would love to hear her speak again!

  • Over the years, I've attended many conferences and symposiums on subjects ranging from personal growth to organizational efficiency. During these events, I remember a few capable speakers presenting themselves as real subject matter experts, but far fewer were able to captivate the audiences with meaningful engagement and topic fluidity. During her talks on both "Strategic Diversity" and "Smart-Tech Solutions," Tabitha Scott not only showed a command of topic(s), but she also provided the inspiration and roadmap for plan execution. Charismatic, engaging and topically incisive... Tabitha has earned this recommendation!

  • Tabitha's inspiring journey of self-reflection, prioritization, and development of a winning mindset are more important than ever in the stressful times of today. Never before have we had so much information and manipulation of our mindset in the palms of our hands, and it is essential as we manage our own resilience and mindset that we have firmly established priorities and are grounded in what matters most. Tabitha takes you on that journey of learning, and inspires you to think about dreams you have been ignoring while chasing things that may not have been dreams at all. She is an incredible leader and awesome storyteller, and you will enjoy spending time with her.

Tabitha has a unique ability to captivate audiences using personal stories and humor while still driving home the intended message. She is engaging, concise, and thoughtful in her presentations and well-versed in her ability to "read the room" when interacting with the audience. She also integrates innovative technology into her presentations as a way to keep the audience engaged and focused on her. • Tabitha is an amazing speaker and her subject matter hits home. I attended her talk "Lessons from Animals: Shed the Shoulds, Tune in to Your Intuition & Ignite Your Power" and was moved by the personal stories she shared and how she artfully adapted those to larger challenges and struggles we all can relate to.

  • Tabitha recently spoke to my high school ecology class about her volunteer work on coral reef restoration. She engaged the students by asking them to think about an issue on which they would like to have an impact. By the end of her presentation not only did the students understand how people are beginning to restore coral reefs, they also learned several actions they personally can take to help protect coral. She concluded the class by encouraging them to follow their hearts and take action on an issue they are concerned about. Even though coral reef restoration has a long way to go, Tabitha left my students with a sense of possibility and empowerment about this issue and other issues.
