There's a lot of hype around A.I. these days, but few people truly know where the technology is, and what the basic differences are between the A.I. that exists today and the A.I. that might exist in the future. The Musks and Luddites of the world fear a future in which A.I. take over humanity. In this talk, Tannya walks the audience through a plan on how we can build a better, more robust future by considering the various A.I. policies we need to take into consideration.

It's no longer enough in today's day and age for only computer programmers and scientists to understand the basic tenets of A.I. and how it impacts society. AI and other exponential technologies have an ethical, existential, and practical impact on society at large. In this talk, Tannya invites all current and future leaders to have better, more nuanced discussions around the impact of tech - regardless of background, diversity, or industry.
