Starting in direct sales at the ripe age of 17, Terry has become a multi-dimensional executive with a 25-year track record of igniting sales and revenue growth initiatives, regardless of economic conditions. He is astute in designing intelligent solutions, establishing strategic alliances, and building top-tier sales teams that win and sustain long-term engagements with notable organizations. Among these are The Veterans Health Administration, Dept. of Defense Hospitals, GE-Med Systems, Bank of Oklahoma Financial, Conoco/Phillips, McKesson and Jiffy Lube International.
Some of Terry's earlier career highlights include expansion of the (Eleven-Fifteen) 1115 Medicaid Waiver across California and Texas; self-funding a software company; and an appointment by the Deputy Director of the Veteran Health Administration to serve on a National Revenue Taskforce; subsequently consulting with Department of Defense Hospitals, Department of Health & Human Services and the Indian Health Services. Terry has been involved with the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2009. He's also a contributing member of the Healthcare Financial Managers Association and the American Health Information Managers Association (AHIMA), where he remains a frequent guest lecturer for TxHIMA and their regional chapters.
Terry serves on the Board of Directors for many start-up companies and enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs as an advisor for the Texas Medical Center's Innovation Institute, TMCx.
