Thobani Khumalo is the founder and CEO of Counting Steps Foundation, a South African consulting company which is aimed at encouraging the youth of South Africa to pursue careers in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance and Economics and also provides quality services on reducing unemployment by promoting entrepreneurship. Over and above that, we providing personal and team development for organizations and individuals.
He was born and raised in Durban and currently resides in Scottsville as a Bachelor of Commerce student at the University of Kwazulu-Natal.
He is a member of several leadership organizations including Toastmasters International, Columba Leadership and a scholar of Moshal Scholarship.
He is an investor, entrepreneur and a volunteering tutor at Ikamva Youth.
He published a short story titled, 'Everything Happens For A Reason' at Fundza Literacy and worked as a Vacation student at Deloitte and BDO.
