Why is it that so many change programs fail to deliver as hoped?
Having served as a Royal Marines officer for many years, Thom left and trained as an executive coach and facilitator, specialising in mergers and improving the cultures of organisations. Since 2016, he has focused on eliminating bullying and harassment in the corporate world by exploring the dynamics which enable these dysfunctional behaviours.
Thom is particularly interested in the masculine and feminine energies in us all, regardless of gender. He sees the feminine being largely suppressed in both men and women in the Western corporate world which has led to many of the problems we face today. He envisions a time when the (healthy) Feminine is given its full space and expression, and the Masculine is transformed into its most healthy version.
Leaders of the future will be exemplars of these wonderful traits, strengths which will enable leaders to be clear and unwavering in the face of uncertainty.
