With over 22 years in the workforce, Tiffany Houser is a powerful Leadership Coach and Trainer specializing in soft skills and culture.
All roads have led to Tiffany's professional purpose and standing powerfully in her leadership within collaborative and agile cultures.
Her mission is to continue inspiring leaders to create their ripple effect of engagement and purpose leading to this same culture, and elevating more leaders in their company.
Her journey began at DoubleClick in 1999, which she considers her first dream job. After spending 12 years in digital, she took the leap into becoming an entrepreneur and started the first online wellness social network. Wellness being one of Tiffany's passion, her goal was to connect people, products and services together within this industry.
She then went into producing wellness events, which she would host, and then threw on a pair of headphones and DJ'ed for 7 years while living in Miami. During this time she dove back into digital as social media was a rising star.
This eventually shifted her back to New York City back in tech, and started working for a company within the TechStars accelerator.
Now, if you're following along it might not surprise you that Tiffany became a SoulCycle Instructor in 2013, marrying all of her passion and talent together. She is still an instructor in the DC, Maryland and San Diego markets.
Today, Tiffany Houser is the Founder and Lead Coach, Strategist and Trainer at EVOLVE where they partner with leaders and companies who are ready to elevate to the 2.0 vision of their culture and leadership.
Her team supports their clients through workshops, retreats, summits, ongoing monthly engagements, and for a select group of companies and leaders, an exclusive 12 month Mastermind.
Her team also works with a select group of leaders 1:1 for private leadership, performance and mindset coaching.
As a captivating storyteller, Tiffany shares her highs, lows and turning points with her audience to open up what's possible and how simple mindset shifts, and acknowledging your blind spots can amplify your leadership and culture.
Even though Tiffany Houser gets right to the point, her playfulness and humor are woven into to her work.
Tiffany's favorite speaking engagements are designed for audience interactivity to integrate and embody the stories and content she shares on stage.
