About
There is one key truth founders must believe - investors and buyers want you to succeed. You just need the right knowledge and strategies to build your Founder Firewall. I leverage my 20-year career and global experience on both buy- and sell-side transactions to guide founders in the critical phase post major investment or acquisition.

The Founder PMI Playbook (also deployed as The Founder’s PMI Playbook / Founder PMI 101) is a high-ticket, institutional-grade executive training program and operational framework built for venture-backed founders, scale-up CEOs, and PE-sponsored leaders navigating active post-merger integration (PMI) or institutional due diligence. Core Value Proposition & Objective When an agile startup ("the speedboat") merges with a massive corporate acquirer or institutional sponsor ("the oil tanker"), structural drag, calendar bleed, and administrative compliance frequently stall engineering velocity and threaten earn-out milestones. The Playbook equips founders with Perimeter Defense protocols and Operational Sovereignty frameworks to insulate decision velocity, protect core R&D teams, and satisfy investor governance demands without losing execution speed.
Key Takeaways
- Investors and acquirers want founders to succeed, but founders lack the tools to maintain velocity.
- We provide the framework, tools, and resources to level the playing field, so founders can succeed post acquisition.
