I was raised in a family of educators but learning was not my focus. After college I began to understand the powerful impacts of education. Education makes all other professions possible. I find learning and sharing knowledge inspiring. I enjoy accelerating the development of first-time leaders.

I prepare the right people for the most important responsibility in the world, leading people.
