Tina's inspiration and love of wellness began from when her older sister, Anna, was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 23, which ultimately took her at the age of 48. Anna's illness and suffering was a wake up call for Tina to learn more about how to take better care of herself and help others as well..
Her mission: To teach as many people about natural health and wellness to live a healthier and happier life. She has also discovered methods to release self-sabotaging beliefs, and come to peace with them.
When Tina is home she is busy cooking home-made, healthy meals for her family and friends. She is an outdoor enthusiast and loves bicycling with her husband, traveling, hiking, and playing and snuggling with her three dogs, Geddy Lee, Nala and Wolfgang.
