My passion is helping people, within an organization, develop & leverage the 'authentic' voice to tell the stories of their brands through social media/digital content conversational marketing. I work with clients to ensure social media is integrated, accountable and reflects the brand's core values. I am also available for training and speaking engagements.
I bring to the table experience in interactive, traditional marketing, consumer insights and research. Since 2004, I have worked with and coached thousands of business professionals from B2B, B2C, government and nonprofits in verticals such as: food, financial, broadcast/print media and startups develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
As you might have guessed, I have taken a sip or two of the kool-aid and am passionate about social and digital media. However, not for just buzz, but for the impact it can have on an organization’s bottom-line, reputation, customer loyalty and goodwill.
Most recently I was head of corporate social media integration for a major media company. I had the privilege to support over 70 TV, radio, print properties, talent and senior leadership in using social media as a catalyst to build stronger brand-to-audience relationships. I am customer focused and enjoy working in a team environment with people who value coloring outside the line.
