I use visual photos and movies to supplement my speech and story to capture my audience. I describe the mentality I followed prior to my injury and how I applied that same mentality to help me make my tremendous recovery. I describe the concepts of resilience, grit and wellbeing and how that can be applied to everyday life, career longevity, and family health. I use transparency and humor to keep my audience engaged. I finish with a Q&A session and answer any and all questions about myself, my story and my job as a Police Officer.
