Uche Akeeb is a coach, trainer, speaker, skilled in customer service and business development.

She is the author of “The Impact Of Excellent Customer Service On Business Growth”, which was awarded second place for self-published books in business by the independent Author Network in 2018. It was inspired and written from her practical experience acquired in the industry over the years – which she believes will serve as a guide to help individuals & organizations improve on their Quality of Service Delivery, thereby having a direct positive impact on Sales & Returns.

Skilled in Customer Service, and Business Development, she enjoys serving people, and so has decided to always find a means of sharing her skills and knowledge with the world.

Her book, "The Impact of Excellent Customer Service on Business Growth", was inspired and written from her practical experience acquired in the industry over the years - which she believes will serve as a guide to help individuals & organizations improve on their Quality of Service Delivery, thereby having a direct positive impact on Sales & Returns.

She was inducted into the Houston Public Library in Dec 2019. Her book is available in the African American Library of St Gregory's college and the SAID Pan African Library.

She is also the CEO of Uchexclusive clothing line and the senior vice president of customer service for the Global African Business Association (GABA)
