Bio

Ulrike is a leadership coach, author, and long-time executive who empowers her clients to lead authentically and with charisma.

Prior to founding her company in 2019, she worked in corporate communications for over 20 years in various industries, steadily climbing the corporate ladder until she became a member of the executive committee of an international pharmaceutical company based in Zurich in 2015.

During her career in corporations, Ulrike gained extensive intercultural experience both in large organizations and medium-sized companies and shaped award-winning engagement and leadership programs.

Today, Ulrike combines some of the most efficient self-development techniques with her experience at all levels of hierarchy and provides leaders with tools to communicate with charisma, to lead with authenticity, and to arrive in a zone of lasting high performance and happiness.

Communicating with Charisma

Your company can have the most compelling goals, but if your leaders are not able to get their teams on board you are giving away a significant amount of potential every day.

Leaders can only motivate and successfully support change if they are able to build credibility and trust through effective communication - the basis for creating high-performing teams.

Credible and motivating communication arises only to a small extent from content. The far greater part is conveyed through voice and body language. Supposedly inconspicuous contradictions between verbal and non-verbal communication considerably weaken the effect of the message or even make it completely implausible.

In this presentation, I take your audience on a discovery on how to increase their level of self-awareness and mobilize non-verbal cues in an authentic way to inspire with charisma.
