Vicky Kumar belongs to a very small village of Pakistan, and he did Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Petroleum & Natural Gas Engineering in 2012 and Postgraduate Diploma in Health Safety & Environment in 2015 from M.U.E.T Pakistan with funded scholarship by campus and Govt of Pakistan. For higher studies, he moved to Malaysia in 2016 and started his Master of Engineering (M.E) in Civil and Environmental Engineering, from UTHM-Malaysia there he was awarded with scholarship on merit basis by University. He had 2 years of experience in teaching at a private institute. He remains an active member of the British Council being an exam inspector for 1 year. During his Master's degree, he was also actively involved in campus students club. He also remained President of Micropollutant Research Centre (MPRC-UTHM), Secretary of Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering Postgraduate Society (FoCEEPS-UTHM) and Member of Technical Management team under Graduate Student Association (GSA-UTHM).
Currently, he is PhD researcher at UTP-Malaysia, University also funds his PhD degree program. He is also currently presenting his services as President of the Postgraduate Society of Civil and Enviormtal Engineering (PGSCEE - UTP). He is also a member of various organizations and clubs, i.e. lifetime member of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Chartered Institution of Wastes Management, International Association of Engineers (IAENG) Hong Kong, International Society of Petroleum Engineering (SPE), Member of Editorial Team – Water and Environmental Issues, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Rotary Club – Dist. Hyderabad Pakistan, International Model United Nations (IMUN).
