Victor has 20+ years of private and public sector experience managing large teams (300+ people), large budgets ($100+ million), and P&L commitments.
His past roles include COO of the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, strategy consultant with Bain & Company, intelligence analyst for the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), online marketing executive with Capital One, and a former member of DC Mayor Fenty's Cabinet.
Victor has an MBA in Finance from Wharton and a BA in International Studies & Economics (magna cum laude) from American University.
