What does due diligence look like in business relationships? Who am I in this relationship? How can I call forth the best in myself and the other person? Business relationships require investment of thought and energy. The answers to these questions set us up to successfully create a framework to build strong connections and a sense of community within our business relationships.

Our culture leaves us without a path to age well in our places of work. In this discussion, we look at those who have forged a path to wisdom, while wearing their age with authenticity, in the midst of a changing world. We look at what might work for each of us as we age. Participants are challenged to examine their recent path, as well as to look to their future selves as an aging person at work.
