Winnie also provides mentoring to other therapists, as spreading healing is her passion and life purpose.
Winnie firmly believes that everyone who wants to heal can do it themselves, regardless of financial resources. In her first collaborative book, "Honoring Darkness: Embrace Shadow Work to Nourish and Grow Your Power." Winnie and her co-author Ji W. Choi lay down the foundation for healing. Shadow work is the act of willingly facing the deepest darkest parts of us that we have learned to suppress. Since light cannot exist without shadow, by owning and appreciating our darkness, we can integrate with light and become whole - the way we were born to be! Experience self love on a whole new level. Give up judging yourself and others to experience wholeness. Immunize yourself against other people’s darkness. Have true intimacy with yourself, your loved ones and a higher power. Do our part in raising the collective consciousness. If you are in any service, mastering the techniques in this book will lead to exponential growth in your service.
