The Best Managers First Manage Their Own Biases

Working with a biased boss can affect employee’s self-esteem, motivation and ultimately their productivity. Leaders play an important role in creating teams where employees feel they are being treated equally, without bias. Where leaders intentionally stop favouritism from flourishing.

Ho To Make Your People Processes Less Biased

Builds the bias literacy of HR professionals and their commitment towards equity. Provides an invaluable opportunity to evaluate current hiring, performance evaluation and promotional practices for tell-tale signs of bias.

Be Better Than Your Bias

Give your employees the power to behave more equitably by raising awareness of their own biases, motivating them to change and providing strategies for correcting biases. In treating bias as a habit, our approach makes unconscious patterns conscious and intentional. Few programs have proven as effective as the Bias-Habit-Breaking Intervention developed by the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Inclusive leadership

Engage and enable leaders to develop and lead diverse teams with equity, empathy and belonging.

Creating a culture of psychological safety, trust and equal voices
