Zach Pousman is an ethnographically-inspired designer of new digital services and digital tools. He loves to dig into people's lives and then lead teams to build prototypes and products to delight people as they work, live, shop, and play. Zach applies methods, tools, and approaches from lean startup thinking to all kinds of business problems. He has led strategy and design workshops as well as prototyping sprints at Microsoft, Anthem Healthcare, Kroger, Citibank, Bank of America, and other Fortune 100 companies.

Zach holds an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Tech, and an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Chicago. Zach is a frequent speaker and facilitator on technology topics including big data, IoT, AR/VR, and artificial intelligence.
