I show leaders and their teams how to thrive together in times of volatile change. We get past politics and get down to real talk. We build better teams so we can do better work for a better world.
I led leadership development extended wilderness canoe trips in Canada for 9 summers, with two years as the director. The next ten years saw me lead the Staff and Training team at Outward Bound Australia (outdoor experiential education for personal and leadership development), and develop the nationally recognised and awarded Internship program (training and accreditation for outdoor educators). I then went on to design, develop, and deliver specialised national leadership development programs across the rural sector at the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation for five years. Now I captain my own ship and love it!
