Keynote Speaker on Resilience & Leading Through Limitation | Author of Synovial Space | Founder, H2P Collective

Tampa, Florida

I'm Raphael St. James, founder of H2P Collective, based in Florida, United States. I help leaders and their teams identify the one constraint quietly limiting performance, so progress doesn't rely on pushing harder or pressing through. Through a structured assessment, I help teams surface where friction, waste, and burnout actually originate, then realign people, process, and priorities to clear that bottleneck. I spent twelve years leading operations in high-stakes, high-constraint environments, luxury hospitality, flexible workspace, and wellness, including the opening team at The James Hotel in NYC and managing 120-plus staff across Manhattan luxury residential and commercial properties. Alongside that, I've managed chronic pain since age seven. Early-onset osteoarthritis taught me a lesson that holds everywhere: where you feel the pain isn't always where the problem lives, and when one part locks down, the whole system compensates. That became the Synovial Space methodology, a structured way to find the real restriction across eight dimensions of life and create targeted movement where it matters most. I'm the author of Synovial Space: A Guide to Dynamic Living, and I co-founded H2P Collective with my wife, Liz St. James.

Global Speaker helping people and organisations navigate change, complexity and uncertainty

United Kingdom

Dami Junaid is a Business Analyst, Product Strategist and speaker who explores how people and organisations navigate change, complexity and uncertainty. As a Nigerian-Canadian who has built a life across 5 countries and a career across 3 continents, Dami brings a perspective shaped as much by lived experience as professional expertise. Whether working with leadership teams, speaking on stage, or facilitating workshops, she is driven by a set of questions that have followed her throughout her life and career: - How do we navigate uncertainty and change? - How do we make sense of complexity? - How do we adapt, grow and create a sense of belonging in a constantly changing world? Her career path has been anything but conventional. From majoring in Biology (Premed) and Public Health in the United States and Nigeria to leading digital transformation initiatives in Canada and the United Kingdom, Dami's work has consistently centred on understanding people, challenging assumptions, and helping others move forward with greater clarity. Today, she helps leadership teams make informed decisions before investing in products, systems, and change initiatives. With more than 10 years of experience across startups, mid-sized organisations, and Fortune 500 companies, her work sits at the intersection of product discovery, business analysis and digital transformation. She is known for helping organisations uncover hidden risks, align around a shared understanding of the problem, and navigate ambiguity before it becomes costly. Beyond her corporate work, Dami has founded and led ventures in both the nonprofit and business sectors. She founded a public health nonprofit focused on improving sexual health outcomes in Nigeria, later featured on CNN (2017), and launched a fashion brand whose collections were showcased at Fashion Art Toronto (2022). While these experiences may appear unrelated on paper, they were all driven by the same curiosity: understanding people and creating meaningful change. Having lived and worked across North America, Africa, and Europe, Dami brings something many teams do not often have in the room: a global perspective shaped by lived experience, not just frameworks. She believes that most business problems are ultimately human problems, and that understanding people is often the key to solving challenges that appear to be about process, technology, or strategy. Dami has spoken to audiences across universities, nonprofits, conferences, and organisations, including Brown University, Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Blue Jays Foundation, and most recently BA & Beyond conferences in Belgium and Luxembourg. Topics Dami speaks on include: 1) Business, Product & Transformation -Business Analysis & Product Discovery -Digital Transformation & Customer-Centred Design -AI, Adaptability & the Future of Work -Decision-Making Under Uncertainty -Leading Change Through Complexity 2) Leadership, Careers & Workplace Dynamics - Leadership Through Change and Ambiguity - Career Pivots & Reinvention -Communication, Influence & Stakeholder Management -Courage, Adaptability & Personal Growth -Personal Branding & Career Growth 3) Culture, Identity & Navigating Change -Cross-Cultural Collaboration -Belonging, Identity & Global Citizenship -Navigating Change, Reinvention & Uncertainty -Building Community in New Environments -Lessons from Living and Working Across Cultures Outside of her professional work, Dami is a solo traveller, content creator and host of the podcast "More Than One Story", where she explores identity, belonging, culture, and the experiences that shape how we see ourselves and the world around us.

Therapist, Executive Leadership Coach, Researcher, Speaker, Author

Baltimore, Maryland

I am Dr. Abby Hasberry, LMFT, LCMFT, BCC, a keynote speaker, author, therapist, executive coach, and researcher whose work sits at the intersection of narrative, justice, and transformation. I am also an adoptee, a birth mother, and a biological family reunion participant. That lived experience is not background. It is the foundation of everything I bring to the stage. My research focuses on birth mother grooming, a framework I developed to explain the layered experience of being simultaneously an adoptee and a mother who has relinquished a child. My clinical and coaching framework, the R3 Framework (Reflect, Release, Reinvent), gives individuals and organizations a structured path through complex relationships and toward sustainable change. I am the author of Adopting Privilege: A Memoir of Reinventing My Adoptee Narrative and the creator of Adoption Narrative Shift: Nothing About Us Without Us, an 11-episode documentary series in active development centering adoptees, birth parents, and biological family members as the primary authorities on their own stories. I hold five degrees, including a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, and bring decades of experience across education, clinical practice, organizational consulting, and documentary filmmaking. I serve on the boards of Adoption Mosaic and Adoption Knowledge Affiliates. I do not just study this work. I live it.
