Reverend John F. Kenney is a native of Richmond, Virginia and a graduate of the Henrico County Public Schools System. In May 2005, Reverend Kenney graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology with a Masters of Divinity Degree. He was licensed to preach on February 7, 2001 and ordained into the Christian Ministry on November 21, 2004 under the pastorate of Reverend Dr. Lance Watson.
