Michael Chahinian
Michael Chahinian

Founder

Tampa, Florida

As the Founder and CEO of Krew Social, Mike is pursuing his dream of uniting the world, reducing polarization, and improving social wellbeing. After having moved several times as a young professional, Mike realized how challenging it is to rebuild community over and over again, and designed technology that would facilitate the process. Krew Social is a member of the Tampa Bay Wave Diversity Accelerator, Embarc Collective, Westshore Alliance, and is a Google Startup Partner. As the first Commercial Engagement Executive hired for a new initiative at the Department of Defense's Defense Innovation Unit, Mike built the processes used to scout for tech companies as well as conduct due diligence. In 2021 Mike was recognized by AFCEA International as a Young AFCEA 40 Under 40 Award Winner. As a ship officer in the Navy he led high-tech divisions on advanced destroyers, as well as a PR campaign that won the Navy’s highest award for public affairs. While at Citigroup as an investment banker in the #1 Industrials Group in the world he provided strategic advisory services on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising to Fortune 500 companies. As a congressional staffer he learned to love his country, which leads to his current pain of seeing polarization. His education spans technical skills, business, and liberal arts. As an undergrad at Cornell, he studied Computer Science for a year and learned how to code in Java and HTML. While attending business school at NYU Stern he took the unusual step of triple-concentrating in Finance, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. In his free time, he leads a monthly homeless serve project with his girlfriend who he met at a Krew hangout, leads a 30 Plus group at his church that uses Krew to socialize, and runs every morning.

George Dupont
George Dupont

Principle

Dallas, Texas

George Dupont From the Ice to the Boardroom: Teaching Leaders to Win Under Pressure I’ve spent my life chasing one question: What separates a good team from a great one — one that wins again and again, especially when the pressure’s on? As a professional hockey captain and coach, I learned that talent might get you on the scoreboard — but it doesn’t build dynasties. Mindset, leadership, and culture do. Later, as a senior business executive, I saw the same patterns. The highest-performing teams weren’t the most talented — they were the most aligned, intentional, and resilient. That’s the core of my work now: Helping leaders and teams close the gap between potential and performance by building clarity, accountability, and high-performance systems that actually hold up under pressure. I believe talent sets the floor — but leadership and culture raise the ceiling. My job is helping teams reduce the gap between the two. I speak from real-world experience — not theory. I’ve captained championship teams, coached pros, led corporate turnarounds, and advised 180+ teams and organizations across industries. The results? Multi-million dollar revenue gains. Improved retention. Clearer leadership. Stronger trust. And cultures that stop relying on individuals — and start functioning as systems. My speaking is rooted in the same philosophy I coach: Leadership is a skill. Culture is a system. Performance is a result. I teach frameworks like DynastyDNA OS™, The 12 Non-Negotiables of Champion Leadership, The Alignment OS and The Champion’s Edge Diffusion Model™ — built to help teams lead with purpose, align with clarity, and execute with consistency. Whether I’m speaking to executives, athletes, or high-performing teams, my goal is always the same: To help people stop relying on raw talent — and start building systems that create repeatable, resilient success. Let’s raise the standard — and build something that lasts.
