Keynote Speaker | Resilience, Well-Being & Sustainable High Performance
Los Angeles, California
Jiggy Yoon is a research-backed keynote speaker who helps students, educators, and early-career professionals build resilience, strengthen well-being, and perform at their best when life isn’t at its best. For more than 10 years, Jiggy has delivered 500+ programs across higher education, conferences, and organizations developing emerging talent, with program NPS scores ranging from 83–96. She has spoken at Penn State University, UW–Madison School of Business, LSU Shreveport, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, College of San Mateo, Greenhouse Software, Checkr, Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove, and the Active Minds National Mental Health Conference, among many others. Her work explores sustainable high performance, self-compassion, resilience, and authentic leadership through a blend of credible research, practical tools, lived experience, and high-energy storytelling. Audiences leave with strategies to respond more intentionally under pressure, recover from setbacks, strengthen their relationships and support systems, stay connected to themselves and their communities, and continue pursuing ambitious goals in healthier, more sustainable ways. At the heart of Jiggy’s work is a simple belief: being human is part of being successful. We spend a great deal of time preparing people to achieve, but achievement also requires human skills: communicating honestly, setting boundaries, asking for help, navigating loss and change, caring for our health, building meaningful relationships, and knowing how to respond when life doesn’t go according to plan. Because the student eventually graduates. The human being doesn’t. Jiggy’s work helps people develop those skills before they desperately need them, so they can approach pressure with greater self-awareness, build success without isolation, and create lives and careers they have the capacity to sustain. Beyond the stage, Jiggy is the founder of Asians Grieving, a peer-led Asian American bereavement community, as well as Vulnerability Is Dope™ and Leaders of Impact. Her broader work reflects a deep commitment to making conversations about resilience, well-being, grief, leadership, and human connection more accessible. And when she isn’t speaking, you can usually find her training Muay Thai or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Because life doesn’t stop just because we’re struggling — and resilience should help us keep growing without sacrificing ourselves in the process. If you’re planning a keynote, conference, student experience, faculty or staff event, or early-career program, we'd love to hear what you’re building! Please visit www.jiggyyoon.com/book-jiggy or email [email protected] to get the conversation started.
