I spent my 20s building things people said were impossible. I didn't have a trust fund or a traditional roadmap; I had a non-linear brain and a relentless obsession with how systems work. I’ve lived the full spectrum of influence. I have lived out of a car on the streets of NYC, and I have stood in the halls of power coaching the Director of the United States Mint on how to command a room. I have built punk venues from the ground up and managed talent for the world’s biggest film franchises. My non-linear path wasn't a detour. It was an elite training ground. It taught me how to spot the operational leaks that 99% of people miss. It taught me how to scale a movement by 400% on a shoestring budget and how to engineer a 3,675% growth spike in a week. Now I’m consolidating those field-tested skills into a blueprint for the next generation of leaders. I provide the architectural logic for high-velocity execution. If you want a speaker who has actually built something out of nothing, let’s discuss how we can scale your next event

For over two decades, Jason McManus has been a pioneer and leader in large-scale entertainment and the design of award-winning visitor experiences worldwide. As a driving creative force behind some of the world’s biggest projects, his passion for innovation and storytelling has helped usher in a new era guest experiences within top theme parks, cruise ships, live shows, retail/branded experiences, and hospitality. As a Principal and Executive Creative Director at TAIT (formerly Thinkwell), Jason’s impact is global, standing at the leading edge of a worldwide movement that is harnessing technology, design, and storytelling in new and exciting ways. Having started his career as an artist and designer at Walt Disney Imagineering, Jason formed a very early appreciation for the audiences who visit experiences, studying the keys that emotionally connect people to stories. Traversing the industry and putting those ideas into practice, he developed a deep intuition for the elements of design that make moments memorable. Over two decades later, those skills have paid off with an impressive track record of success and award-winning projects. In 2024 alone, he led the openings of the WWE Experience KSA in Riyadh, KSA, and CineSational: A Symphonic Spectacular at Universal Studios Florida and was featured on the History Channel’s “How Disney Built America.” Jason is currently leading the vision for some of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious giga-projects and is a critical developer of TAIT technologies and techniques implemented for clients around the world. He also continues to teach Experience Design at his alma mater, California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). Jason McManus can be found speaking at corporate gatherings, conferences, and inspirational events, covering topics such as creative development, user and visitor engagement, the history of entertainment, and the psychology of creating human experiences.

Conor Collins is an award-winning queer visual artist and speaker based in Manchester. Working primarily in portraiture, his practice explores LGBTQ+ identity, history and social justice, using art to challenge perceptions, preserve overlooked stories and inspire conversation. Choosing an unconventional path, Collins built his career largely through social media rather than traditional gallery representation. His work has since been exhibited in leading institutions including Pallant House Gallery and HOME Manchester, shortlisted for prestigious awards including the New Light Art Award, Celeste Art Prize, Shape Open and the Outside In National Art Prize. His work has also been unveiled in the House of Commons and commissioned by institutions including the University of Manchester. Collins first gained international recognition when his portrait of Tom Daley went viral in 2014, appearing in TIME, The Independent, BuzzFeed and numerous international publications. Subsequent portraits of Caitlyn Jenner and Donald Trump also achieved global attention, reaching millions of viewers and demonstrating the power of art to shape public conversation beyond the walls of galleries. Today, Collins' work is held in collections around the world, including those of Sir Ian McKellen, Stephen Fry, Giorgio Armani and numerous cultural leaders and public figures. His recent exhibition *To See and Be Seen* at HOME Manchester explored the legacy of Queer Up North, one of the UK's most influential LGBTQ+ arts festivals, further establishing his reputation for creating work that connects personal stories with wider social and cultural histories. Alongside his artistic practice, Collins is an accomplished public speaker, using his work as a platform to explore equality, representation and the role of art in creating social change. He has spoken to audiences ranging from parliamentarians and policymakers to cultural organisations, universities and business leaders, and has shared platforms with leading voices in contemporary culture, including writer and critic Hettie Judah. Whether exhibiting in galleries, speaking on stage or engaging audiences online, Collins' work demonstrates how contemporary portraiture can challenge assumptions, celebrate identity and create meaningful social impact.

Giovanni Brees is a founder, product strategist, author, and speaker. He builds companies that run on AI systems instead of big teams. 25 years of product launches and half a billion dollars raised For more than 25 years, his work has revolved around product launches and driving revenue growth - for small and medium-sized businesses, groundbreaking startups, and multinationals alike. He ran a boutique agency that marketed some of the best-known brands in the world, and a product validation and launch operation that took more than 4,500 products to market and helped founders raise over 500 million USD through crowdfunding alone, reaching audiences of hundreds of millions. Along the way, he became a trusted partner to Fortune 500 companies and an advisor on product launches, new market entries, and strategic growth for leading companies including Bain, P&G, and WordPress. His work has been featured in The New York Times, Bloomberg, Forbes, The Guardian, The Huffington Post, and Mashable. Then he rebuilt everything Twenty-five years of launches, validations, and agency work gave him one clear insight: the bottleneck is always the same. People. Time. Overhead. So when he exited the agency business, he refused to do the obvious thing - build another one, bigger. He rebuilt everything instead. Today, he runs Meet Oscar and CiteEngine with no full-time employees - only AI agents that handle outreach, content, pipelines, and operations autonomously. Every day. Whether he is in the room or not. And now he is building KentoHQ - the infrastructure that lets other businesses do the same: a roster of AI teammates with verification built in and a human decision at every boundary that matters. The books He wrote the operating manual for this way of working. The Zero-Employee Company is the book on replacing headcount with AI agents: how to turn roles into systems, wire them together, trust but verify their output, and keep human judgment exactly where it belongs. No hype, no dream-selling - the real model, including the parts that break. He is also the author of The Crowdfunding Quick Guide (2024 and 2026 Editions), drawn from the campaigns behind more than half a billion dollars raised. Speaking and advisory He speaks and advises on AI-first operations, zero-employee businesses, product launches, go-to-market strategy, and crowdfunding - for founders who want leverage without headcount, and for companies that want to understand what work looks like when systems do the doing and humans do the judging.
