I am an interior designer based in Puyallup, Washington, designing with a deep commitment to accessibility, dignity, and lived experience. Working through an acquired neurological disability has shaped my process into one that is both intuitive and intentional—balancing comfort, sensory clarity, and everyday usability so spaces support people in real life. Honored as a 2025 Ones to Watch Scholar by the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), I create environments for hospitality, and tribal enterprises. My work has been featured in over 150 publications, earning recognition for creativity, innovation, and advocacy, and my guiding belief is that hospitality means honoring space—crafting environments where people feel seen, heard, and celebrated.

Ralph Rieder is an eco-urbanist, landscape designer, and architectural planner based in Manhattan but also works globally, focused on turning rigid, high-impact city spaces into self-sustaining, climate-resilient ecosystems. Rieder's work treats metropolitan areas as living systems—built environments that should move, breathe, and adapt in partnership with nature rather than remain static or extractive. Rieder helps communities, developers, and civic teams translate ecological goals into practical designs and planning frameworks—from street-level landscapes to larger urban infrastructure. By integrating regenerative principles, stormwater logic, habitat creation, and human-centered usability, Ralph delivers plans that improve environmental performance while making cities healthier, cooler, and more enjoyable to live in.
