Operational Architect & Executive Strategist

New York, New York

I spent my 20s building things people said were impossible. I didn't have a trust fund or a traditional roadmap; I had a non-linear brain and a relentless obsession with how systems work. I’ve lived the full spectrum of influence. I have lived out of a car on the streets of NYC, and I have stood in the halls of power coaching the Director of the United States Mint on how to command a room. I have built punk venues from the ground up and managed talent for the world’s biggest film franchises. My non-linear path wasn't a detour. It was an elite training ground. It taught me how to spot the operational leaks that 99% of people miss. It taught me how to scale a movement by 400% on a shoestring budget and how to engineer a 3,675% growth spike in a week. Now I’m consolidating those field-tested skills into a blueprint for the next generation of leaders. I provide the architectural logic for high-velocity execution. If you want a speaker who has actually built something out of nothing, let’s discuss how we can scale your next event

Doc was also invited to be a performing artist for Laughing Hyena Records and has been featured on four of the label's professional stand up comedy various artists albums. He added a second career after being offered the roles of Director of Personnel Development and Director Of New Products And Services for a nationally known health and wellness company.
