Kimberly Corban grew up in Greeley, Colorado and still has the pleasure of calling the Rocky Mountain state home. In May of 2006, Kimberly’s life was irrevocably changed when a stranger broke into her college-area apartment, held her there for two hours, and raped her. She immediately reported the crime to authorities and served as the key witness in her attacker’s trial, successfully garnering a sexual assault conviction. Following the jury’s guilty verdict, Kimberly made the brave decision to release her name to the media with the goal of saving even just one victim, providing them the courage to come forward as well. Over the past several years, this has proven to be a rewarding yet tireless effort to educate the public on sexual assault and the impacts these crimes have on so many survivors. She has presented to numerous advocate groups, high schools and colleges, justice professionals, and various government agencies internationally on sexual assaults, using her case as an illustration for how the criminal justice system should work. As a criminal justice graduate student at the University of Northern Colorado, Kimberly got involved in changing policies and impacting legislature on a state level. What started as a testimony in front of her own elected officials exploded into a national conversation on victimization and self-defense. She worked for many years as a victim’s advocate with the local police department and later with the 19th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. In 2016, Kimberly questioned President Obama during a live telecast of Anderson Cooper 360 on CNN. Her unwavering voice for victims of violent crimes captured the nation’s attention and provided a fresh take on the realities of sexual violence, trauma, and recovery. Kimberly has been featured on many major news networks including CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, HLN, and OANN. She often lends her voice to multiple syndicated radio programs and print media to include The Washington Post, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Elle Magazine, MSN.com, the New York Times, and countless other online publications. Today, she has followed her passion and tours the country speaking to campuses and organizations about sexual assault education and victim advocacy. Her recent TED Talk “How My Sexual Assault Was Hijacked by Politicians and Lobbies” has received high praise and sparked both timely and timeless conversations about survivors of abuse. A mother to four young children, Kimberly stays plenty active and has no shame in singing Disney songs at full volume with her kids. Her husband Michael is as fiercely supportive as he is quick to roll his eyes at her “punny” sense of humor. Kimberly hates running yet does it anyway, loves all things that have to do with llamas, is a serious movie quoting buff, and is not very sarcastic.

My story is like many people who are working towards building a better community. Born in a middle-class family in a small city in an entrepreneurial home, I saw the value of hard work. My parents modeled the work ethic that has shaped my entire life, inspiring me to give my best effort each day, no matter what the endeavor might be. This personal and professional experience has taught me countless lessons and produced ever-increasing wisdom, which I now pass on in my speaking appearances. I am a Business Developer and Marketer by profession and a speaker by passion. I share my knowledge by writing blogs, posting short content based on life experiences, & speaking at workshops, seminars, colleges, conferences, and corporate events. Founded "Internship Fair" in 2015 at the college level in Chandigarh, India now expanded at the national level, which is helping 100+ students every year in availing internships in startups. Along with that, I am mentoring Entrepreneurship cells and early-stage startups by connecting them with the right people. Hi There. My name is Becca Lory Hector. I am an autism and neurodiversity consultant, a national speaker, a published author, a sought after mentor, and an active advocate. I also happen to be an autistic adult. Unlike many autistics, my diagnosis came after living on this planet for over three decades. That’s right. After 36 miserable years as a failed neurotypical, I was finally granted the ticket to my own happiness in the form of an autism diagnosis. Some 8 years later, I am a successful entrepreneur, running my own consulting business, after serving the autism community for four years via nonprofit organizations. While these days I have the pleasure of consulting with universities, nonprofits, state agencies, and various corporations, speaking to large groups, and enjoying my role as Director of Individual Empowerment & Employee Wellness at Planning Across the Spectrum, my true passion lies in creating opportunities for quality of life for my fellow autistic adults, because as a community, we are suffering from the weight of a desolate abyss where our adult services and supports should be. As a wiser, and nicer, 44 year old me, I have decided that now is already too late to start thinking about supports for our autistic adults alive today, so I decided to start creating my own. I started by adopted and training my own Emotional Support Animal, Sir Walter Underfoot, with much success for both of us. I then began knocking down my old, ill-fitting life, and rebuilding myself a life I don’t need a vacation from. Having recorded my journey meticulously, and benefited from its success, I decided it was time to share my experience and expertise with my fellow autistic adults. I am proud to share that I now run a successful, virtual personal development course for autistic adults. The course is called ‘Self Defined Living: A Path to a Quality Autistic Life and I have taken all that I learned by creating my life, into three information-packed units that are budget friendly, inclusive, accessible, and designed by an autistic brain for other autistic brains. The goal of the course is to start folks off on a journey to become their authentic selves and live their best lives, by their own standards. As I watch my peers and colleagues walk through my course, I know I am living my purpose. I am watching new lives bloom as each student embraces their autisticness and begins to build their own life they don’t need a vacation from. For most of our lives, autistic adults are told, not so subtly, that our way of being is “wrong”. I am here to say that our way of being is right for us, equally valid, and deserves to be equally valued.

My words may not help you get financially more affluent or solve all your issues, but I assure you that, in the end, you will find yourself more complete and purposeful. I focus on the topic's content as much as on energizing and motivating the audience.

“Rhonda is borderline obsessed with fostering collaboration and creating impact.” -Rhonda, about herself Rhonda is from a tiny town in Northeast Indiana. Her rural upbringing and country roots served as the foundation for her beliefs and identity around hard work and supporting the common good. Rhonda launched her first business at the age of 19 after graduating from a massage therapy school. She sold that business 5 years later and put herself through undergrad. Rhonda worked 10 years in higher education from everything from admissions to institutional research to the university registrar (which she calls the “paid enemy of everyone on campus”). During that time she completed her master’s degree in Public Management (with a minor in Public Policy & Administration) and she completed her greatest accomplishment to date, bringing her son home from his birthplace in China to his forever family in the U.S. In 2017, Rhonda became Executive Director for Start Fort Wayne, a young 501(c)3 designed to launch and scale ventures in tech and high-growth ventures. During that time, she coached countless founders on their next steps towards turning an idea into a thriving business. She took a fledgling nonprofit and created a sustainable, forward-facing, laser-focused strategy and plan for growth; and she planned and launched the region’s first Startup Week, a week-long conference dedicated to all things entrepreneurship, by global accelerator Techstars. From there, she started her own consulting company, Ladig Consulting, to hyper-focus on projects and problems where she felt she could have the most impact. Additionally, in 2022, she began reshaping entrepreneurship and innovation support at the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center as Director of Strategic Initiatives. Rhonda believes in bucking a way-we’ve-always done it mentality to find innovative approaches to (often ancient) societal problems. She believes if we bring down silos between NPOs and NGOs we can get more done in our communities. (And she usually has an idea or two on how to do it.) Rhonda doesn’t mince words, which sometimes means she doesn’t make friends. But that’s ok; she doesn’t want more friends. She wants to change the world.
